oil in the combustion chamber
First off happy 4th of July to all! Second thing is I have oil coming in my #2 cylinder, enough to foul the plug so it can't spark. Im thinking it could be a bad valve guid seal since I know its coming up through intake valve. It could be excessive valve guide wear. I just want your guys opinions on it.

Re: oil in the combustion chamber
Run a compression check on the offending cylinder. Usually, a worn or broken piston oil control ring results in your problem. Early engines didn't use an intake valve seal, unless yours was rebuilt with later one piece guides and straight shank valves. I'm not sure how you know the oil is "coming up the intake valve" unless you have pulled the head and found a valve very loose in the guide. Carefully inspect the cylinder wall in the #2 cylinder for evidence of scoring. If you do have a broken ring, it doesn't take much scoring to damage the block.

How about a defect in the intake gasket on that runner? It could suck oil from the valley.

Did you install the baffle plates on the oil supply tube during rebuild?

Re: oil in the combustion chamber
I checked compression and all cylinders are within 2% of each other i think the thing to do it take the intake off and check the baffle and make sure it didn't come loose.
