It looks like an exhaust manifold heater interior vent. It would work for any model T or model A, some early V8s. you just have to run ductwork to it.

Glen, I have both the 35 & 36 Manafold heater in the car vents. With no picture I am not even what it looks like so guessing. My 35 has a manafold type heater and it is the 36 type - cable operated. Have JM send me a pic or you can if I can help. Kerk

Glenn, You have a 1936 rear floor heat vent. Its shown on page 120 of the 35-36 Book. Here are a few photos.
