What is this anti-squeek stuff called and where can I get it?

I believe its just "body to frame webbing". It comes in different widths. You should be able to buy it from any of the old Ford parts dealers.

I can’t really tell from the picture, but are you looking for “fender welting?” Like Bill said, it’s for sale at many places.

I found on my truck they used a material like cloth electrical tape or base ball batt tape on the bottom of the inner fender to frame, also under the windshield regulator, and a few other spots. Anti squeak.

The research I have done (without actual trial) is the best substitute available is the tape hockey players use on their sticks, could be the same as what baseball players use on bats.
