Default Brake Shoe Adjustments for early 40's

I'm working on a Model A that was converted over to Hyd. Brakes. I have never worked on them till now. I found that the shoes were reversed when installed, now I need to understand how to center them, and make proper adjustments. Shoe to drum fit needs improvement also.
