Hi everyone, have to make part 50428 and need someone to kindly tell distance between holesand how thick. I have no idea if it is fixed in one place or if it moves when top mechanism goes up and down . 46-48 Ford convertible

Yes that is the part. Need to know distance from hole to hole and thickness . This car had previous owners with total disregard for original mechanism and threw away some important parts .
