Real Customer Service
I want to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a few fittings from Speedway motors and when the package came one was wrong. Now I was sure I would have to pay shipping /returns/shipping the right part back to me.....
I talked with customer service and the lady looked up the parts; she saw that the item numbers were only off by one digit. She said that it could have been my misread or maybe it was miskeyed when I call in the order. Either way she was sending out the correct part at no cost to me. She even apologized for the inconvenience. This is the type of service that is near impossible to find these days. When I can I will support their business. Z |

Re: Real Customer Service
I've purchased a lot of different parts from aluminum heads to a universal joint and never have had any trouble. Good place to do business

I had a bad sending unit a few years ago ...they took my word for it and sent me a new one ....didn't even want the old one back.
