Default Location of 35 seat adjustment rods

I’m trying to figure out how to assemble the seat adjustment rods on the 35 seat mechanism that unlatches the seat where it can go back and forth. Look at the pictures and tell me if I have the rods on correctly. The pictures are taken with the seat up side down. It works but the rods are in a binding position. Not sure which end of the rods go where. I know, I should have taken pictures before I took apart. thanks

Here are a couple of pictures of my coupe seat adjuster from the bottom. It works smooth, no binding.
