Model T Locking Steering Wheel

Accessory wood steering wheel for Model T Ford. I have no idea what company made this. Has a lock mechanism with keys. I don't think it's a tilt Fat Man steering wheel but maybe early anti theft option. Wood isn't broke or cracked but a few scratches nicks or scars. Spokes look like they were nickel plated at one point in time. What you see is what I have could possibly be missing a piece or two. $150 plus shipping
