having some maintenance done on my car and they noticed the steering gear box was low on oil so they topped it off with oil. now it is probably about 1/2 oil and 1/2 grease. One of the comments I had seemed to think a mixture would be ok. will let you know when the "A" comes home

A mix of both grease and oil ? I think thats probably what most have.

Mister Moose: United Ag and Turf (John Deere dealer) They should have it in stock, about $4.00 a tube.

Barkhamstead,Ct has a tractor supply. Not sure how far that is from you. I’m using their 00 grease seems to work fine. Warm it up before installing.
