I'm not a big fan of colored wheels, but the cream-colored wheels, black tires and great body color on your car make it an exception... very handsome automobile.

Dad told me a long long time ago, "if the cork is bobbin' you have gas but if it ain't bobbin' then you better be pouring some more gas in the tank." This was after a just purchased Model A ran out of gas but was showing 1/4 tank on the gauge. Danged wire was bent and I did not check.

there is no need go 12v if everything is functioning as intended.
your other mods are right on the money for a driver car and yours looks like a great one.
I am totally queer for eyebrow fenders......

man i love that car!!!!!!!!!! id kill to have one for a d.d.. but i know i cant afford one in that kind of shape right now. maybe someday. im building one but its peice by peice.and i dont have many peices. lol.

From what I think happened... Not sure exactly how but the pinion shifted forward and the axle keys broke..

The car was already converted to 12 volt when I got it.

Thanks for enjoying my car! It's getting there slowly. One piece at a time. I should be done with the interior upholstry sometime this week... Just need more time!

Nice tudor, I love it! Sorry to hear about the rearend, glad to you got it fixed. Those u-joints are tough, they rarely fail.

Found a great old travel trunk at a swap meet, It was a tad wider than the reproduction trunk holder so I had to adjust it.

It came out great though. I need to replace the leather on the corners, but it is pretty good shape. Now I can finally carry more stuff...

Most likely axle key, a lot of guys do not tighten the axle nut enough.

I like the filter/format you used on your pics to give them an early 70's feel.. very nice touch!

Nice looking Tudor. Have fun with it. I also split my time between the H.A.M.B. (my 55 Olds) and here (my 30 Tudor). Have found a lot of good information in both places.
Like the vintage look to your last few photos.
