Does anyone know the correct red color that is used on 1954 Mercury hubcaps? Photo for reference only. Thanks, John

I doubt seriously if a COLOR CODE was released as these were supplied to FORD by outside vendor (per FORD specs). Usually wheel covers were replaced not refinished.

The only chance is that if there is a AUTO PAINT and BODY SUPPLY in the area, they might be able to analyze and mix a color.

When I painted my hubcaps I went to the Duplicolor catalog. This is a Ford color called Red Fire Pearl Metallic. I put the pictures side by side and it isn't the same as yours but I wanted to pass on what I found.

As GLAmes pointed out, the Colour on the Ford Hubcaps are different to the Mercury. The Ford colour is more Red.
