I'm not too keen about getting into the tool business, but I'll tell you what I will do. I can put together a set of drawings and instructions and send them to you if that will help you out. It's an easy build. You need a drill press, an 1-3/8 hole saw, a power metal band, and some type of welder. An air die grinder and a couple of carbide bits are helpful.
Let me know if you want to take a shot at building it and I can probably send the drawings within five or six days.
If the drawings work out for you, maybe they could be posted on the site for others to use.
