I'm looking for exact dimensions on the water pump/fan belt on a 1935 car.

It is going to depend on your generator/alternator/power steering/air-conditioning pulleys, type intake etc. Get a string and put it where the belt goes and measure it.

I just happen to have one that came with a rebuilt 21 stud engine (engine is for sale). Water pumps in heads.The Ford script number is 40-8620-A. I'm pretty sure it's correct.
Outside width is 5/8 Inside width is 3/8 Thickness is 3/8 Outside circumference is 56 5/8". I hope this helps. |
