Default Front Motor Mount Spring Dimensions

Not long ago I saw a posting about what the compressed and free length for the front motor mount springs should be. The posting also said that some reproduction springs will not compress enough and do not dampen vibration. I can't find this posting. Does anyone know where to find it?

Thanks Bob for the information. I've now measured mine and found they are not correct. Do you or anyone know where to buy these springs that conform to Ford specs?

Last ones I saw from Brattons were functionally proper. I only say "functionally" because they were right hand wound which is current practice instead of left hand wound which was common for Ford coil springs. Obviously that has no impact on function.
