Roadster seat cushion mounting. Need advice!
Have the lower and seat back cushions upholstered and ready to install. Someone must have done this before and I need their advice on how the wood is installed before the rear cushion is installed.
I need to complete this before I go onto the top. Email me with photos or descriptions would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Roadster seat cushion mounting. Need advice!
Sorry, it's a '31. It's very different from the '29 in Marco's photos. I have only the seat back spring upholstered. There is no connecting material to bridge the back of the body. I have a 6" wide oak piece that tucks up under the rim of the back of the body and 3, 2" wide oak boards going down to attach somewhere on the back of the seat riser. That's it.
Any thoughts from '30-'31 RPU owners would be appreciated. |
