I am not familiar with the "Whicker" color. There are two wheel colors that may be what you are looking for, Tacoma Cream(1931,33-36) and Straw (1929-30) . Here is a table that shows the old Dupont and PPG paint codes. I was able to get paint mixed after the local paint store checked with PPG for a modern formula.

PAINT CODES Taken from Technical Questions Column by Roger Kauffman in the Model
"A" News July-August 2004 (Vol. 51 No.4
Website www.modelaford.org

These colors were matched with the DuPont Chroma Vision and SpectraMaster using
chips from the "Model A Ford Paint & Finish Guide. "
Please verify the color against the original finish if possible before mixing
total amount to be used in restoration.

Color Name, DuPont, PPG
Tacoma Cream (wheel) (1931,33-36) ,YS314 ,1245
Orange (wheel) (1929-30), G9953, 1166
Straw (1929-30) , 43353, 526

I put in 1931 Ford and got some strange colors and "OEM" numbers, for a 1931?
