Default Early Holley Carb.?

I have an Holley carb. that I am going to restore and after I broke it down I found that instead of having a removable secondary well, it has one that is machined into the casting. The inside dia. looks to be the same as the removable, smooth and no threads. I saw this after sandblasting. Could this be an early one? has H on top and bottom with no letters on bottom front side of bowl .
Thanks, JD
