Default Heater for F-1

My 1950 has part of its heater but missing the core and three door cover. Does anyone have these or a complete one. One photo shows what’s in the truck, the photo I the the silver cover shows an original heater. The in/out tube holes in the firewall are adjacent to the battery (V8) and are about 8 1/2” apart in a vertical orientation.
This has been a confusing hunt, I’ve found several heaters but they have a horizontal cover/installation with in/out tubes in various configurations.

I tried to modify one from a car. I gave up and got the one from eBay, it was the only one similar to what was in this truck.

As Abe stated I would inspect your heater fro any faults in that area .The Magic Air pictured was converted to 12V and spun up very w/ maximum out out . New 12V direct drop in replacement motors are available from apartswarehouse.com in Mich. Good luck, Denny
