Default Unknown clips

I bought a can of model A parts at a swap meet last summer, there were mostly brake return springs in the can. There were 2 small clips that I have never seen before. I suspect they are used on a model A, but not really sure. If someone could identify the parts I would appreciate it. They could be speedometer cable retaining brackets, but maybe not.

They don't look like Model A. They're something modern.
