Default 1930 Tudor Windshield Wiper

When the weather is nice I use my 1930 Model A Tudor as a daily driver to work. It is about 9 miles each way and the roads are lightly traveled. I have been lucky and have not been caught in the rain yet, but it will happen. The vacuum motor does not work well, but I have read a little 3 in 1 oil will loosen things up.

Here is my question. When I am driving at speed or driving into the wind my wiper lifts off the windshield. The wiper can not do any good if it is not touching the windshield. I would like to replace the arm and the wiper with something that will hold tighter to the windshield. Any recommendations??
