brake too tight

brake problem. I was trying to adjust front passenger side brake. I turned the outside adjuster the wrong way and tightened too much and wheel is locked. I cant turn it back even with a bar for leverage over the brake adjusted tool. and ideas on what to do ? thanks john

Perhaps if you take the clevis pin out it could release some tension

Lean on it. Nothing there to break.

It's not the breaking part, it's rounding over the corners on the adjuster that would be the concern.

try a small ball pean hammer to tap on the end of the adjuster to try and relieve the wedged adjuster.

This is a good reason to turn the wheel as instructed while adjusting the wedge.
