Default Differences '29 to '30 windshield?

What would be the dimensional differences between a '29 and '30 roadster windshield frame?
Thanks!

I believe 28/29 roadster windshields are a little narrower than 30/31 windshields - an inch or two. I don't know about the height. A friend bought a roadster windshield a few years ago for his 29 roadster. He found it was too wide. I turned out to be a 30/31 windshield. Maybe someone has the actual dimension for each.

Thanks Rusty! I'm working on a '29 (Brookville body) roadster and I'm currently playing with adapting '31 "fold down" windshield stanchions to it. I have the '29 windshield I got when I got the body along with "fixed" stanchions. Based on what you said, it's safe to assume that my skinny body with hybrid stanchions should work out OK.
Thanks again!

Speedway has the dimensions for all three of the open vehicle windshields on their webpage. Why not use 1928-29 fold down posts - seems like it would be a lot easier?

To the best of my knowledge, '28-'29 didn't have a "fold down" posts but it seems that through the years, multiple sources have made up "hybrid" posts. Things get complicated because it turns out that the body I got is a bit out of kilter where the posts mount.

Could someone with a '30 -'31 roadster give me a dimension between the upper and lower pivot points? THANKS!
