Here is an era photo of a 1930 Australian ute. This is a very smart looking vehicle in my opinion. You can certainly see the resemblance to the 66A as far as the rear deck is concerned.

R.T. and I were good friends who met at the Moultrie Swap Meet each year to chew the Model A fat. As Dick above stated, Mac did repeat that same info to me, and I will attest that Mac was very informed with Model A history. Jim Langley...
