Default 1928 Model A part? Trailer hitch? arm puller?

I have a cast iron part, stamped 1928 Ford (see image) and need to understand what it is, and what value it has. Trailer hitch? Conical pitman arm puller? Any thoughts folks? Resources to determine value? Any avenues for sale? Any takers?

This pulls the hub style that has the protruding flange on the hub. In early 1929 and on, the hubs had a recessed area (slot) that used a different style puller. So most model A's later than early 1929 couldn't use this type puller. I borrowed a puller just like yours from a club member to pull the hubs on my very early 29 which had a lot of 28 carryover features like the 28 hubs.

Thanks folks. Very helpful. I see one went on eBay for $39.99 recently. Is that an auction that just went wild? Or reasonable is it reasonable to expect $35? (I realize I'm asking my potential sales audience here, but I'm the trusting sort, I guess).
