Default Ruckstell Power Head data plate

Looking for an original Ruckstell power head data plate like pictures. It was screwed or riveted to the side of the head. Maybe someone makes repop tags?
Also looking for any Ruckstell or Rallum aluminum heads in usable condition. Preferably the Rallum 190c over the 210c. Ruckstell I believe only made one model. I’m looking for either
