A friend of mine is looking for hinges for his '31 closed cab pickup. He needs the top one on the drivers side and all of them on the pass. side. He say's he can't afford the ones in the cataloges and wants to know if there are any other options out there for him.
Thanks guys. Tyler |

Re: Hinge ?'s
unfortunately the sellers know what the reproduction hinges sell for and the used ones are priced accordingly. He will have to take his time at the flea markets to get a buy. Wayne

Re: Hinge ?'s
Actually snyders carrys these repos at a good price. They have them made especially for them and supply the other jobbers. I needed 2 top hinges for my tudor ( I lost the originals during restoration after they were painted dang it) so I bought these. They are perfect copy's and worked great, highly recommended and for 78 per hinge what a bargain compared to the others that were only available before for much more.
you can also call berts model A to see if he has any good used ones for less but at the time i needed them nobody could help from what i see snyders is the cheapest at this time Last edited by Mitch//pa; 12-27-2014 at 10:11 AM. |

Re: Hinge ?'s
I needed them for my Slant Window, so I bought a complete cowl section less firewall at Hershey. Took the hinges off and sold the unwanted cowl to someone that did need it. Total cost for the four cowl side hinges was then $38.00. Bob
