Default Small oil leak near base of spark plug

Is this a simple fix and if so I’m looking for some detailed guidance please. I’m new to owning a Model A

Just tighten the spark plug, or replace the plug gasket if needed. The seating surface on the head could have a nick, but that would be extremely rare.

Mine does the same thing and I am not sure where it is coming from either. I just tighten the plug down as I don't want to have to take the head off to replace rings or seats-yet. And Welcome.

yes give it a new gasket and make sure the threads are clean and in good serviceable shape.
