Default Barn find two T's 1922 & 1924

I saw a listing for two Model T parts cars. The add was 5 days old. I just knew they were gone Very cheap! What the heck,I e-mailed the man.
He still had them and the titles. The engine turns over in one of them,I couldent get too the other one. Engine #s match the titels. Both are touring cars. The attic is full of sheetmetal. And theres a extra frame.
Deal was..clean out the barn..take all of it. 1 Thousand.

Thanks yall....They say everyone will find There Great Deal some day. Ive seen others find theres. Ive allways wanted a Model T,My Grandpa worked for Ford in 1916. His job was to install the gears in the steering wheel hub. He lied about his age and at lunch one day a fellow was gonna rat him out.(he was 14) So Grandpa took off and never picked up his last paycheck from Ford! In 1917 he joined the Marines.

Nice find!

Good looking T, maybe that door opening on the drivers side was made for an accessory door ?

Here is a forum post on such a front door accessory of the period.

You are really a very lucky person indeed. To find these rare models is one thing, and to get them at a really affordable prize, must say that you are more than lucky. The truth is nobody really knows the value of these beauties and if they do none of them has the time or the money to keep them “alive”. So I think they ended up in the right hands and I must say that you deserve them.

Ive been working on the 21 T. 3 ex valves were stuck, rebuilding geneartor, new fan belt. Patched the bottom of the front fender. Have been running all the nuts and bolts I remove thru the rock tumbler, then putting gun bluing on them.
Now for the good news, have located 4 Model A's and 2 Model T touring cars that need to be rescued. Allready have Homes for them.
