39 door adjustment

My 39 Tudor's left door needs to come out about 1/8" to fit correctly. When I installed new upper door seal door would not close, it was very tight. Right door is fine. It needs to come out on the top only as it is good from the belt line down. Is there any adjustment in the door hinge if I can move the screws? Any ideas on how to bring the top out a bit?
