Default Banjo steering wheel

I have a banjo steering wheel that came with my 35. I know that the 35 didn't have a banjo steering wheel but I would like to know how I can determine if it is for a 36? I believe it is a reproduction. I can read several letters SHEL but I'm not sure if the next letter is an L or a D or if there are any other letters. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sheller was the maker.

All Ford steering wheels were from Sheller Globe. The 36 banjo is fairly flat. The 37 is the same but slightly dished.

The spacer between the spokes on a 36 are round, solid stainless rods, where all other years are a cast/shaped chromed spacer.

Thanks for all the help. So the good news is that the banjo I have is an original and it is in very good shape but the bad news is that it appears not to be a 36.
