Question on Trailering home
The top on this Sport Coupe was redone back in 1985, been garage kept ever since, a little concerned about it durability since I'll be open trailering thru a lot of rain today so am planing to wrap with stretch wrap, any one had any issues with using this, think I saw something about it in another thread, know to stay away from a tarp

Re: Question on Trailering home
Not just rain but speed also will adversely affect your top on an open trailer.
Wrap it good. I would also use packing tape after you shrink wrap it. Don’t take any chances. A new correct top for a Sport Coupe is not cheap. Keep checking on the car as you drive. Any changes stop to correct as soon as possible. It doesn’t take much to destroy a top. Good luck and enjoy you car. Sport Coupes are great. |
