Default 16" wires on an "A"

I have a set of 35 Ford wire wheels I want to run on my A. They have the welded spokes and my rear tires a 7.50 x 16 tubeless. I know the 35 wheels weren't made to run tubeless but at the speeds I drive a Model A would they be safe to run tubeless ? I had them sandblasted and powdercoated. thanks

I have the same set up and never had a problem. As I think about, I havent checked the air pressure for about 2yrs. Better do it. LOL Iceman

Yes, the wheel doesn't know what kind of tire is on it.

I have the 35 16 inch wheels with tubeless tires on two cars and they work great. Ran darlington speed way at 74 mph no problems.

They needed tubes back in 1935 because the quality of the tires was so poor.
