Dave50,... Nice truck... Not wanting to be a nit picker, however, do you know that the 292 Y blocks were painted red on the block/engine assembly with black valve covers.
You should look around for a exhaust heat riser valve for the crossover pipe where it attaches to the right manifold.. The engine will run a lot better with the heater riser..
You should consider relocating the fuel line... It should come up on the left front of the block, clearing the intake manifold to a point to the rear of the thermostat housing, turning to the right then making a turn to the carb.
The fuel placed that close to the exhaust cross over will cause vapor locking as a result of the fuel boiling in the line..
I have a correct air cleaner for the '58-59 F100-350's... I also have a couple of factory radio's.
I have been fond of the '59-60 Ford trucks every since a company that I worked for in '58 gave me a new one to drive for work.. I currently have two 4x's...

Thanks guys it came out good for not alot of time or money.

blucar I do know the original color was red and black It was the choice of the customer on this one with the truck being the white/blue combo he figured he would like the blue and does. I found a riser but had been it was cut apart.. As far as the fuel line he had rubber hose and it ws cracked etc There should be enough room there with out vapor lock but we`ll see. I wish i knew of the stock aircleaner as he just spent $100.00 on the one thats on there I`ll ask him what he thinks about getting another 1 send a pic if you can maybe it will put him over top Thanks for the insight Dave
