hubcaps?
How to hold 40s style hubcaps on a modern 15" wheel that doesn't have the nubs
stamped into the wheel to hold the cap on??? |

Measure in to see where they are placed and put weld beads on the wheels in 4 places like where the bumps are. Of course, the opening must be large enough to accommodate the diameter of the hubcap, check this before you do anything.
