Take the head to an auto machine that checks heads every for cracks. They have these steel plates with a rubber bottom that clamp right on the head gasket surface of the head and then put air pressure in the head sink them in a tub of water or squirt water on the and see if any bubbles come up. Some shops have these big wet magnafluz machines, thay have a cover like your in a tent and magnetize the head and wet the head all down with this fluid mixed with mag powder and look it over with a black lite, It will show a crack right up.
