Even though Henry pioneered automation and the assembly line, by todays standards of using robots you could say that they were hand built.

Note the worker lifting the dash up with his legs, another sitting on the rear deck lid to install the rear window, Archaic to say the least.

Assembly sure has changed!

I started there in 1951 at the Henry Ford Trade School.
