Also Chuck has asked for some help in route planning South of Pa.
We want to travel 2ndary roads so any suggestions would be nice.

Ok I'm Back, The Skyline Drive & the Blue Ridge Parkway Have been suggested as nice ways to go.
Skyline Drive = 105 mi.
Brue Ridge Parkway = 469 mi.
Has anyone traveled the entire way end to end on both these?

Bill, we did the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway Tour in 2011. Here is the thread on that tour... https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showth...+ridge+parkway

we started at Front Royal, Va and ended at Cherokee, NC, although I was the only one left on the tour when I arrived at Cherokee. Lots of information and pictures in that thread.
