The Edelbrock #553 is one of the best 3-2 intakes made for the Y-Block. Accepts most 3 bolt carburetors. Holley/Ford style range from 94's (15/16" or .94" venturi) to 1" venturi up to 1-1/16" venturi. Largest carbs found on 55-56 Fords with 272 engine. The 553 came with improved internal runners for better flow + shipping
