Hello Len, sorry to say it, but you might be struggling to find glassfibre car expertise here, (I may be wrong) this is predominantly a site for resto types. If you're running early ford running gear in your car you may be able to get help with that side, but fibreglass bodies aren't really catered for here.

You may do better signing up on the hamb (hokey ass message board) but they are often more hot rod than street rod. There may be more street rod friendly sites, but I don't frequent them.

If you are making the windows stationary just use the u channel rubber designed for 32 5 window 1/4 windows and 32 sedan rear windows. On the rear side windows of a 2 dr I did years ago I used a couple of strips of metal edged flex window u channel available from local glass shops. I did that so it looked more authentic to match the front door channels
