PCV valve install question
So folks, I have this coming from JAMCO and got the install instructions down, I hope, but it says that this will raise the RPM's a tad....OK. So do I have to adjust the two screws on the carb or just idle her down a bit? Thanks as always.....

Re: PCV valve install question
Both. This, I think, is the theory:
Adjusting the mixture screws will ad fuel to compensate for the little additional air coming in thru the PCV, to get the air/fuel ratio right. But then that additional air & fuel should increase the idle speed. So an adjustment to the idle speed will be needed. |
