Does anyone know what brand of horn this is?

Looks like an aftermarket Hutchins horn, any markings as to 6 or 12 volt? Test it on 6 & 12 volt batteries to see how it blows.

If it is a Hutchins, I read somewhere that they are basically disposable. Is that true?
