Last year was my Hershey neighbor's last one. His significant other notified me a few weeks ago about his death. He was not well last year and she knew. She said she will be there this year to say hello to some friends for the last time.
There are many I have gone with who have passed and it's not the same but I keep meeting new people. We in a sense have a Hershey family that is dynamic much like our home one.

I have been attending Hershey since '73.....
I told my kids I'm going to keep attending till I can't walk …..
Then I'm going to get one of those annoying scooters....
When I can't do that I want them to push me in a wheel barrow....
And when I croak I want them to spread some of my ashes there....
See Y'all @ Hershey...…!!!!

Both he and his friend were great to meet and talk with .. I like to learn something from everyone I meet .. and I did.. thanks Kerk..the pleasure was mine.. Thanks for the trans cover and the directions to the next piece.. regards , Van

I never made it to Hershey, always wanted to go but it just never happened something was always in the way. I guess at this stage of the game I'll never make it. Too much walking for a fat, one legged, old man. At least I am still on the green side of the grass.

When you say Yeomans, are you referring to the family of Don Yoemans, who collected 36 Fords? I knew him from the 60's when he was in the model A club. He let me drive his mother's 29 phaeton when I was 13. Sad that so many of our car friends are gone.

Hi Everyone. I was happy to get a chance to find Kerk's spots again this Hershey season! I was bird-dogging my road buddies, and barn'ers, JM 35 and Frank Miller.

I was liking a '35 spare tire trim ring and disc, but had a failed haggle.

You have a very nice '35 and I can't understand why a buyer won't reach for the wallet.

One of my best V-8 memories is when you volunteered to ride Shotgun in my '36 Phaeton between the meet hotel in Gettysburg, and the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing. I should'a insisted you drive!

We made it home safe and sound. There were a couple of times it was difficult to see where we were going, but I like a challenge when driving. Besides it kept Greg awake.
