Maidin voyage.
It moves. Shifts fine a wee bit of chatter but I think it will clear up. Tires are a bit bumpy so will bee looking for different ones like new. 104 o out there now so just went about a mile or so. It got up to 130 when I parked it sat for around 10 minutes it was 175 o. I know it is low on water as it is coming out the overflow tube so get get a check valve from Skip. Made it up the drive so won't be pushing for a while I hope. Still hav loads of work ahead ,maybe next fall as it is time to migrate.
Enjoy the pics as I enjoyed the short ride & can relax a bit . |

Re: Maidin voyage.
How exciting! Takes me back to our maiden voyage in September 2006: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBe8KWTM3qQ And the second drive with my dad who bought the car for $100 in 1959: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OImNZD7L6U
Keep up the good work. You're doin' great!

Re: Maidin voyage.
Thanks for all the kind words folks. Still a whole lot of work to be done. I just wanted to get it to move on it's own power. Sure would like to drive it up to Or. to work one it this summer but more than likely will leave it in Az. My idael dream would be to drive it to LA Roadster show in June. Don't think that is going top happen tho.
