mechanical & electrical sensor on same line
Any problem installing mechanical & electrical oil sensors on a tee'd extender? I want to keep the OEM idiot gauge light and add a mechanical sensor. The plan is to install the sensors 1/4 inch hardware brass fittings: 2 1/2 extender with a tee.

Might be able to come up with a 1 piece brass block with 1 male and 2 female ports at a NAPA or home improvement store.

I did that on my car. I'll post pictures when I get a chance.

I did something similar on my 64 Fairlane, only it was the idiot light and a sender for an electric gauge.
