I am looking for recommendations for where to stay during the Moonshine festival. Is there a main hotel where most of you gather. I will be driving my 39 down from Charlotte.

We stay at the Quality Inn but it's probably booked up. There's the Dawson Village Inn across the hi way and also a Super 8.
I'm hearing we are in for some rule changes this year also about no parking around the old courthouse.

Our guys from the Cigar City Flatheads have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn both in Alpharetta-about 19 miles south on 400. That's a shame if they go forward with not allowing the cars parking around the courthouse.

That's just crazy " no parking around the court house" isent that what makes the show? I guess I should consider myself lucky..
No motel for me..I live 40 miles away.
