brake adj board question
I saw a video about adj. brakes on youtube and have a question. How long do i cut the board from end to end? what position is my seat to be in? all the way back or all the way forward?

Andrews book gives you information on how to cut one of these boards or you can buy one from the vendors. If I remember correctly, the board needs to be long enough so the peddle sits 1" from the first "slot" with the other end of the board against the seat. Then the next slot is 1/2" toward firewall, second slot another 1/2" toward firewall and the third slot another 1/2". So therefore there in no specified length, it depends on the type of car, where the seat is and etc. The purchased ones are adjustable. See below.
