So I have a question for the Ford wizards here...

I am in the midst of restoring my '65 Falcon (170/3-speed) sedan and am upgrading to a '65 date code 200 backed up by a '57 Ford Borg-Warner T86/R10 3-speed OD transmission. The T86/R10 was used by Ford in various applications from the mid-1950s well into the early 1970's in light-duty trucks.

My T86 is in decent shape, but has worn out planetary gear sets in the R10 over drive. I would also like to fit new bearings, bushings, seals, etc..

Is there a source for parts for the T86/R10?

there are some R10 parts for sale on eBay right now....including a planetary gear set...J in CT

Look up Vanpelt Sales out in Ohio. I don't have their contact information at the moment but you could google them. Very knowledgeable folks and had excellent parts for my R10 rebuild I did back a few months ago.
