52 F1 timing
I misplaced my shop manual.
All stock. When timing with a timing light are the marks lined up or 6 degrees btc? Also is btc counter clockwise or clockwise to pin?

If you are looking at your marked crank pulley lined up with the pointer, up toward the top of the engine is advancing, or firing before TDC. The engine us turning clockwise (looking at the front of the engine), the farther "up" the pointer is from the timing mark the more advanced you are.

On V8 trucks with the pin lined up it is at 2 deg BTDC.
