Default windsheild frame

what are the differences in the windshield hinges between the 28-29-30-31?
also I have a frame that is a later frame but missing the wind deflector at the bottom, could this be a repro. or were there frames made this way.

Not just about years but also models within years.

My Canadian Tudor has the same lack of a deflector. Don't know if it was original though. As was previously mentioned in a previous post hard to find a virgin A.
