Default 47 co e master cylinder

does anybody have a lead where I can find a new master cylinder for my 47 coe 1-1/2 ton? todd Murthum

I just went to my local NAPA auto parts store. Don't remember the part number but it was no big deal for them. They just looked it up. Can't remember if they had it in stock or had to order it.

Some years after that I think I read that the car and truck master cylinders might not be the same bore size. So maybe I didn't get the right one. But what I have does work OK.

Napa, O'Reilly and most other auto parts stores should be able to get you one. They may not have a specific listing for a '47 COE, but the MC is the same as the MC in '39-'52 3/4 ton thru F6 conventional trucks.
